Shipping Domestic

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses. Delivery should be expected within the estimate given during checkout and we do not have any control of our parcel services. The tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the tracking number becomes available. Packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Free shipping is only for orders shipped in the United States.

Returns

Returns are handled on an individual basis. Contact us to report any problems with your order. Slipstream Absinthe only issues a refund for damaged items. Please note that even when outbound shipping (from our warehouse to you) is free within the United States, we do charge for shipping and handling any returns.
Note that all dimensions indicated on our site are approximate. Also, note that in the case of glassware slight dimensional variations and surface imperfections are considered common and acceptable.


Please notify us immediately of any damage in shipping so we may begin a claim process with the carrier. It is important that you assist us in this process by keeping all damaged products and packaging available for the carrier's inspectors. You may be required to take a picture and submit it to Slipstream® Absinthe.
